JLISlot Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the JLISlot online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting services, promotions, payment services, and customer support available at jlislot.com and any associated mobile applications or platforms operated by us.

By completing the registration process on JLISlot, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. You also confirm that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account at the time of closure.

JLISlot reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification.

2Eligibility and Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account at JLISlot, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of JLISlot or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had a JLISlot account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order on the JLISlot platform.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active JLISlot account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different personal details, or shared device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. JLISlot uses identity verification technology to detect duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.

JLISlot reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Verification requirements comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (RA 9160) and its amendments, as applicable in the Philippines.

3Account Responsibilities

You are solely and fully responsible for the security of your JLISlot account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, ensuring that no unauthorized person has access to your account, and logging out completely after each session — particularly when using shared or public devices.

JLISlot will never ask for your account password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. If you receive a communication requesting your password, please treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately via support@jlislot.com.

All transactions made through your account — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — while your account is logged in are your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. JLISlot cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to adequately secure your login credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information on JLISlot — including your email address and mobile number — remains current and accurate. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may impair our ability to communicate important account notices, including security alerts and regulatory notifications.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

JLISlot supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank internet banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Specific transaction limits may vary by payment method.

Deposits. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). Deposits via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are credited to your JLISlot wallet immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are generally credited within minutes but may take up to one (1) banking day in exceptional circumstances.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. JLISlot processes standard withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within an average of 4 minutes following request submission. Bank transfers to PH banks are typically credited within one (1) banking day. Withdrawal processing times may be extended in cases where identity verification is pending or where a withdrawal triggers an anti-money laundering review.

Currency. All transactions on JLISlot are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). JLISlot does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

Fees. JLISlot does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with GCash, Maya, or your bank directly for any applicable fees on their end.

Funding Source. You confirm that funds deposited to JLISlot are from legitimate sources. Deposits made from funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud are strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5Bonuses and Promotions

JLISlot offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions when read together. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all JLISlot promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered JLISlot players aged 18 and above who are in good standing with a verified account.
• Welcome bonuses apply to a player's first qualifying deposit only and are not available to players who have previously held a JLISlot account.
• Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using a coordinated group of accounts to exploit bonuses, or any other scheme designed to circumvent the spirit of bonus conditions — is a serious breach of these Terms. JLISlot reserves the right to forfeit all bonus credits and winnings and close any accounts involved in bonus abuse.
• JLISlot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Players who have opted into the JLISlot responsible gaming self-exclusion program are not eligible for promotional bonuses during or following their exclusion period.

6Games and Betting Rules

All games available on JLISlot — including but not limited to Color Game, Baccarat, Blackjack, Jackpot Slots, Fishing Games, Card Games, Virtual Sports, and Basketball Betting — are subject to their individual game rules, which are published within each game and form part of these Terms when read together.

Random Number Generators (RNG). All RNG-based games on JLISlot are powered by independently certified random number generator technology. The randomness and fairness of each game has been verified by an accredited third-party testing laboratory. JLISlot does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by real dealers in professionally equipped studios. All live sessions are recorded. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game, the round result is determined by the game's recorded footage, and the outcome stands regardless of the player's connectivity status at the time.

Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to JLISlot's sports betting rules, including settlement procedures, void conditions, and in-play betting restrictions. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or voided (for example, a PBA game that does not complete the required number of periods for settlement purposes) will be refunded at the original stake unless otherwise specified in the relevant sport's rules.

Technical Errors. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that results in an incorrect display of results, odds, or payouts, JLISlot reserves the right to void affected bets and return the original stakes. We regret any inconvenience this may cause but cannot honor bets placed during a verified system malfunction.

Bet Limits. JLISlot imposes minimum and maximum bet limits on all games. These limits are displayed within each game interface before a bet is placed. Limits may vary by game, market, and player account tier. We reserve the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JLISlot and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Players who discover an error are required to report it to JLISlot support immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering scheme, including using it to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing or manipulating any sporting event on which bets are placed on JLISlot.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your actual location.
• Accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward JLISlot staff or other players, including in live chat or live dealer game chat rooms.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to use your JLISlot account.
• Creating multiple accounts or attempting to claim any bonus more than once through fraudulent means.

JLISlot uses sophisticated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Suspected violations will be investigated thoroughly. During an investigation, JLISlot may temporarily freeze the account under review without prior notice.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the JLISlot platform — including but not limited to the JLISlot brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, images, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of JLISlot or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the JLISlot platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any JLISlot content without our express prior written consent.

The names and logos of game providers and other third parties displayed on JLISlot are the property of their respective owners and are used with appropriate permission or license.

9Privacy and Data Protection

JLISlot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at jlislot.com/privacy-policy. By using JLISlot, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

JLISlot complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. We collect only the personal information necessary to operate the platform, verify player identity, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations including anti-money laundering requirements.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own commercial use. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JLISlot's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JLISlot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if JLISlot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

JLISlot is not responsible for interruptions to the platform due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or actions of third-party service providers. We will use reasonable efforts to restore services as quickly as possible following any such interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits JLISlot's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11Account Suspension and Closure

JLISlot reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• A chargebacks or payment dispute is raised by the player through their payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant Philippine authority.
• Player request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.

In the event of account closure for cause, JLISlot may — at our sole discretion — forfeit any bonus credits, pending bonuses, and winnings associated with any breach. Real money balances not tainted by the breach will be returned to the player via the most recent deposit method, subject to the completion of any required identity verification.

Players may voluntarily close their JLISlot account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold of ₱200) will be returned to the player within 5 business days.

12Responsible Gaming

JLISlot is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a solution to financial problems.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered JLISlot players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which your account will automatically lock for the day.

13Amendments to Terms

JLISlot reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice to registered players via the email address registered on the account and/or via a prominent notification on the JLISlot platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms come into effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or for urgent security reasons.

Your continued use of JLISlot after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

The current version of these Terms is always available at jlislot.com/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and JLISlot arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting JLISlot's customer support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first contact, both parties agree that the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You waive any right to a jury trial and consent to personal jurisdiction in Philippine courts.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect against immediate and irreparable harm.
